Baila Community & Safety Guidelines

Effective Date: October 4, 2026

Baila is built around a simple idea: dance to connect.

Whether you're here for a date, a friendship, a dance partner, new people, or simply a good time, help us keep Baila fun, respectful, and safe for everyone.

Table of Contents
01

Be Real

Use your real identity and represent yourself honestly.

No impersonation, fake profiles, catfishing, or deliberately misleading information.

02

Respect People

Treat everyone with respect, regardless of who they are, how they dance, what they look like, or whether they choose to connect with you.

No harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, intimidation, or unwanted repeated contact.

Golden Rule: A rejection is a rejection. Move on.
03

Keep It Appropriate

Baila is not a place for sexual exploitation, sexual harassment, or sexual content involving minors.

Never request, share, or distribute sexual content involving anyone under 18.

Content or behavior that exploits, grooms, threatens, or targets minors is strictly prohibited.

04

No Hate or Violence

We do not allow threats, encouragement of violence, hateful harassment, or content targeting people based on protected characteristics.

05

Don't Scam or Manipulate

No scams, financial deception, fake investment opportunities, phishing, blackmail, extortion, or attempts to obtain another person's money or sensitive information.

06

Respect Privacy

Don't share another person's private information, photos, videos, messages, location, or personal details without their permission.

Do not attempt to identify, track, expose, or publicly shame another Baila user.

07

Keep Connections Consensual

A match does not mean someone owes you a conversation, date, dance, or anything else.

Respect boundaries and consent at every stage.

If someone isn't interested, leave them alone.

08

Stay Safe Offline

Some Baila connections may lead to real-world meetings or events.

When meeting someone for the first time:

  • Consider meeting in a public place.
  • Tell someone you trust where you're going.
  • Keep control of your own transportation.
  • Don't share sensitive personal or financial information.
  • Leave if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

Note: Baila cannot guarantee the identity or behavior of another user.

09

No Harmful or Illegal Content

Do not use Baila to distribute illegal content, facilitate illegal activity, or encourage dangerous behavior that could seriously harm others.

10

Don't Abuse the Platform

No spam, bots, scraping, unauthorized automation, manipulation of Baila's systems, attempts to bypass safety measures, or attempts to access another user's account.

11

Report Problems

If someone makes you uncomfortable, violates these guidelines, or appears to be putting others at risk, report them through the available Baila reporting tools or contact us.

Important: If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
12

What Happens When Rules Are Broken?

We may review reported content or accounts and take action based on the circumstances.

This may include:

  • Removing content.
  • Limiting certain features.
  • Issuing warnings.
  • Suspending an account.
  • Permanently banning an account.
  • Reporting serious or potentially illegal activity to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

We may take immediate action when we believe there is a significant safety or security risk.

13

Help Us Build the Culture

Baila works best when people can show up, be themselves, meet strangers, dance, connect, and have a good time without feeling unsafe or pressured.

Connect with people. Respect people. Let people say no.
