Baila’s Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old to use Baila.

You must provide accurate information and may not create an account using another person's identity.

We may restrict certain features or interactions based on age, location, safety requirements, or applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through it.

You may not:

• Impersonate another person.
• Create fraudulent or misleading profiles.
• Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions.
• Share your account with another person.
• Attempt to access another user's account.

You may upload videos, photos, profile information, and other content to Baila.

You retain ownership of your content.

By uploading content, you grant Baila a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and technically process your content as necessary to operate and provide Baila.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload the content.

You may not upload content that:

• Infringes another person's rights.
• Contains illegal material.
• Harasses, threatens, exploits, or targets another person.
• Contains sexual exploitation or sexual content involving minors.
• Impersonates another person or misrepresents who you are.
• Violates Baila's Community Guidelines or applicable law.

Baila helps users discover and connect with other people through videos, interests, matching, and related features.

A match or connection does not mean that Baila has verified a person's identity, character, intentions, or safety.

You are responsible for your interactions and decisions when communicating with or meeting another person.

Never share passwords, financial information, or sensitive personal information with another user.

When meeting someone offline, use your own judgment and appropriate safety precautions.

Baila may facilitate or promote events, meetups, dates, or other real-world activities.

Baila does not guarantee the behavior, identity, safety, or conduct of attendees or participants.

Participation in any offline activity is voluntary and at your own risk.

You may not use Baila to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or abuse others.
• Engage in scams, fraud, or financial deception.
• Sexually exploit or groom minors.
• Distribute illegal or harmful content.
• Collect or misuse another user's personal information.
• Spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with Baila.
• Attempt to bypass security or moderation systems.
• Use Baila for unlawful purposes.
• Use Baila in a way that violates applicable law.

We may investigate reports and take action to protect users and the platform.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

We may also take action when we reasonably believe an account presents a safety, fraud, or security risk.

Baila's name, branding, design, software, logos, trademarks, and other original materials belong to Baila or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Baila's proprietary materials without permission.

Baila may offer paid features, subscriptions, or other services.

Prices, billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be presented before purchase.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their own terms.

Baila may integrate with or link to third-party services, including mapping, payment, hosting, analytics, or other providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services that operate independently from Baila.

We aim to keep Baila available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or parts of Baila at any time.

Baila is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Baila does not guarantee that you will receive a match, connection, date, friendship, event experience, or any particular result from using the platform.

Baila does not conduct comprehensive background checks on users unless we specifically state otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baila and its founders, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Baila.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Baila and its founders, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of Baila, or infringement of another person's rights.

You may stop using Baila and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create a safety or security risk, engage in unlawful conduct, or for other legitimate reasons.

Certain provisions of these Terms may continue after termination where necessary, including provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and disputes.

These Terms will be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction determined by Baila's legal structure and applicable law, without unnecessarily limiting any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Additional terms may apply to users in particular jurisdictions where required by law.

We may update these Terms as Baila develops.

If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through Baila or another appropriate method.

Your continued use of Baila after the updated Terms become effective means you agree to the updated Terms.
