Baila’s Privacy Policy

We may collect:

• Payment information when you purchase Baila+ or other paid services. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

• IP address, device type, operating system, browser/app information, device identifiers, and general usage information.
• Information about how you interact with Baila, such as features used and actions taken.

We may collect approximate or precise location information when you enable location-based features, such as discovering people, places, or events.

BAILA offers Google Sign-In so you can create and access your account securely using your Google account.

When you choose to sign in with Google, BAILA may receive the following information from Google, depending on the permissions you approve:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your Google profile picture (if available)
• A unique Google account identifier used for authentication

We use this Google account information only to:

• Authenticate your identity and create or link your BAILA account
• Pre-fill basic profile details you can edit later
• Communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

BAILA does not sell Google account data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not share it with other users except as part of profile details you choose to make visible (for example, a display name or profile photo).

You can revoke BAILA’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions settings. You may also request deletion of your BAILA account and related personal information by contacting us at baila.support@gmail.com.

We may use your information to:

• Operate and provide Baila.
• Create and recommend connections and matches.
• Display profiles and content to other users according to BAILA's features and your settings.
• Provide location-based recommendations.
• Support events and date/connection planning.
• Moderate content and maintain platform safety.

• Communicate with you about your account, security, support, and product updates.
• Process payments and subscriptions.
• Analyze usage and improve Baila.

You retain ownership of the videos, photos, and other content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Baila a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, and technically process that content as necessary to operate and provide the service.

Content you choose to make visible on Baila may be viewed by other Baila users.

Some Baila features require location information to help you discover relevant people, places, events, or experiences.

You can control location permissions through your device or browser settings. Disabling location access may limit certain Baila features.

We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us operate Baila, including hosting, analytics, security, communications, payments, mapping, and content-moderation providers.
• Other users when you choose to make information or content visible through Baila.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, Baila, or others.
• Parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of Baila or its assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

Baila is currently intended for users 18 years of age and older.
